A rummage sale to benefit camp scholarships is scheduled for May 10 in Sutherland Hall. Donations will be welcomed to the stage starting May 4. Items that sell very well are furniture, tools, toys, electronics, outdoor equipment, and antique items. Please do not bring the following: broken, heavily soiled, or potentially unsafe items, hazardous materials, illegal items, or anything you'd prefer to keep.
Volunteers will be needed to help sort, price, and run the sale starting Thursday May 8 at 2:00 pm. It takes on average 10-15 volunteers to help make this a success.
We will need volunteers to help with: cash register, sorting items, pricing items, help clean up the area to maximize sales, and cleanup. A signup form can be found in Shoemaker Hall.
Last year we raised over $2,000 for scholarships to help more than 14 youth attend summer camp! For more information please email Melissa Simpson.
