Faithful Foundations Update: Honoring Bill Trigg, Bishop's Visit, and Potluck

As we approach our campaign ingathering, we are grateful to share that 24 households have made pledges totaling $192,924.20, bringing us to 86% of our $225,000 goal. We give thanks for the generosity, prayer, and commitment that have brought us to this important milestone.

If you have not yet returned your pledge card, please do by June 28. Your response is important, and we need every household’s participation to help us reach our goal. Prayerfully consider how God is calling you to support this effort. Every gift makes a difference; a pledge of just $1 per week becomes more than $150 over three years.

This week, we learned of the death of one of the founding members of All Saints’, William “Bill” Trigg. Bill, along with other faithful visionaries, helped make All Saints’ Episcopal Church a reality in Russellville. Their faith, perseverance, and generosity created the spiritual home we enjoy today.

As we remember Bill and give thanks for his life, we are reminded that every generation is called to leave a legacy for those who follow. The buildings and grounds we steward today exist because others invested their time, talent, treasure, and faith in a vision larger than themselves.

The Faithful Foundations Campaign is an opportunity to honor that vision. By caring for this sacred space today, we ensure that the ministry of All Saints’ will continue for future generations. Just as Bill and others helped build this church for us, we now have the privilege of carrying their work forward.

This Sunday, we will celebrate our campaign ingathering as we welcome our Bishop for his visit to All Saints’. Following the 10:30 service, everyone is invited to remain for a parish potluck lunch. We encourage everyone to participate as we give thanks for God’s blessings, celebrate what has been accomplished, and commit ourselves to the future of All Saints'.
