Event Planning and Facility Rentals

Facility Use Update – Spring 2026

Applications are open to outside groups and members of the congregation, subject to availability.

Members must take full responsibility for:

  • Being present for the entire duration of the event

  • Unlocking and locking the building

  • Setup and cleanup

  • Taking out the trash

  • Turning off all lights

Large events (such as weddings, community forums, or public gatherings) that are wanting to hire a church-approved facilitator/coordinator to be on site during the event may contact us. Event approval and fees will be determined based on the nature and timing of the event.
