Junior Chefs Cooking Camp: Cancelled

Due to low registration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Junior Chefs Cooking Camp this summer. While we are disappointed, we are grateful for the interest and support shown by our church families and community. Registration fees will be fully refunded.

We hope to offer future opportunities for children and families to gather, learn, and grow together at All Saints’. Thank you for your understanding and support.

First Sunday Plate Offering

Our plate offering on the first Sunday of each month plays an important role in the mission of our church. All cash and coin offerings are dedicated to the Clergy Discretionary account in our budget. During this interim period, while we await the return of Mother Teri as Priest-in- Charge, the Vestry will oversee the use of these funds.

The offering we receive helps support our monthly contribution to Help Network of Russellville, a local nonprofit organization that provides emergency assistance to low-income families and individuals. Our church often receives calls and visits from people seeking help with everyday living expenses and Help Network offers a trusted way to respond to those needs in our community.

After our support of the Help Network, any remaining balance in the Clergy Discretionary account is available for other requests that our church can address directly.

As we continue in the spirit of serving others, please consider giving to the plate offering on the first Sunday of each month.

Thank you,
Mary B. Gunter
On behalf of the Vestry and Finance Committee

Faithful Foundations Update

We are excited to announce that in just the first week of our Faithful Foundations Capital Campaign, we have already received pledges totaling $95,150 toward our goal of $225,000! This is a wonderful and encouraging start and we give thanks for the generosity, prayer, and commitment already shown by our parish family.

As we celebrate this strong start, we also know there is still work ahead. Reaching our goal will require continued momentum and participation across our congregation. Every pledge matters. No gift is too small, and every act of generosity strengthens the future of our church.

If you have not yet made a pledge, we prayerfully invite you to join us in this journey as together we build faithful foundations for generations to come.

Faithful Foundations Campaign Update

Dear Parish Family,

This week, parish households will receive a mailing containing information about our upcoming capital campaign, Faithful Foundations, including a campaign brochure and pledge card.

The capital campaign will support several important needs within our parish, including roof replacement, parking lot repair and resurfacing, exterior building repairs, retiring debt from our solar panel project, and establishing a maintenance reserve fund for future facility needs.

We invite you to prayerfully review the material and consider how you may participate in the important effort to strengthen and preserve our church home for future generations.

Pledge cards may be returned in several ways:

  • Placed in the offering plate during worship

  • Delivered to the church office

  • Submitted online through Realm

Our Commitment Sunday will be June 21, when we will gather our pledges together in thanksgiving and hope for the future of our parish.

Thank you for your faithful support and prayers as we begin this important journey together!

Beginning Next Week

Beginning next Sunday, we will formally launch a new initiative for All Saints: Faithful Foundations. This effort will focus on addressing important facility needs, strengthening our financial foundation, and preparing our church for the future. This is not simply about buildings, it is about sustaining the ministry that happens within them. We invite you to come next Sunday ready to learn more, to pray, and to consider how you might be part of this shared commitment.

An Important Step Ahead

Over the past week, members of our leadership have begun preparing for an upcoming church-wide effort focused on caring for our facilities and strengthening our future. This work is rooted in stewardship: faithfully caring for what has been entrusted to us so that our ministry can continue to grow and serve others.

In the coming weeks, we will share more details and invite everyone to participate in a way that is meaningful and prayerful.

In Loving Memory of Cameron Hlass

We would like to take a moment to honor the life of Cameron, grandson of Mark and Rhonda Hlass.

Cameron leaves a family who loved and cherished every moment of his life. In an effort to raise awareness to the very real gap that exists in mental health care and support, the family has chosen to share that Cameron made the decision to end his long battle with mental illness. May his struggle and death serve to ignite compassion and empathy with those who are challenged with these emotional difficulties and encourage involvement in their lives to obtain the treatment they need for a healthy and fulfilling life.

Despite his struggles, Cameron sought peace and comfort in his faith. He loved to sing praise & worship music, as well as all genres of music to help balance and sustain him. Those who knew Cameron would readily agree he was cheerful, outgoing, and brightened any room simply upon entering it.

Visit Cameron's memorial page to send flowers or plant a memorial tree.
