All Saints’ is preparing for the Bishop’s Visit in October and readying the grounds for the end of summer, and we need your help!
Work begins following the 10:30 am service and we will follow up with a grilled potluck lunch. Meat & beverages provided, bring a side or dessert to share!
Dress to work in the yard! Long pants, closed shoes with socks, hat or scarf recommended.
All skills are welcome! We are going to concentrate on clean-up, pick up of limbs, weeding, and some planting. There are some big jobs for skilled laborers, and smaller jobs for the willing novice worker. We will work for an hour or so and take a break for a grilled potluck lunch, the meat and beverages will be provided. If the weather is nice, we can enjoy our meal in the park - if the weather is not cooperative, Sutherland Hall is available as backup.
If you have a rake, weed-eater, blower, chainsaw, saw, trowel, shovel, carpentry tools available, please bring them along! If you have questions speak with Deb Bradley or Barbara Head, or email allsaints@allsaintsrussellville.org.
We hope to see you there for an afternoon of fellowship!
